It’s past time for needed military budget cuts to everything except a soldiers pay and benefits. The military needs more stealth and strike teams and fewer tanks and bombers.

Pentagon excessive staff composed of high ranks must be reduced. These high staff officer have no real job, other then accumulate time to enrich their retirement checks.

Funny how there are trillions to support the fascist culture that pervades in the USA.
Yet that politicians John Mccain and Jeff Flake of AZ cant even maintain their telephone opinion mail boxes to the point where they fill up and the opinions of their constituency cant even be maintained! I tried calling these pork supporters could t get through!
I think their pensions and health care should be the first to be cut! I know Im not the only one who feels this way! Enough of the Fascism!

PRESIDENT DWIGHT DAVID EISENHOUER warned us to be careful about the Military War Machine Manufacturers. He would have a massive heart attack today if he were alive. It is the new Republican Party’s way of paying back their Major Political Donors.

We have Redundant Equipment, we have Redundant Military Bases, we have Congress telling the Military to order Planes and Engines that the Military says it doesn’t need nor do they want them.

Almost 800 BILLION A YEAR FOR OUR WAR DEPT? That doesn’t even include our Homeland Security because that is a separate budget. How come Canada only spends about 20 Billion a year? Oh, right, because they aren’t the World’s bully.

Raining, snowing, slushy so we didn’t wait for a noon showing at Senator Kelly Ayotte’s office in Nashua, NH. We were by a few minutes early went inside and spoke with the senators staff. We registered our concerns with DOD waste, Congress voting in weapons systems that the military doesn’t even want, no bid contracts galore, and for jobs DOD is a real loser. Congress spends far more $ per job in DOD than anything else such as teachers, TSA, food inspectors, police, healthcare.

    Keep us posted.

Right! Can’t talk to person or leave a message. They say call back.. We pay their salaries and their attention is on themselves and what they can get from Big Money, on top of their salaries. Something has to change!

Trillions for corporations and war, then cut programs for the poor, elderly, and education. That is the definition of Fascism.

A major part of “pull the pork” from the Pentagon should be to get rid of any of the
contractors such as Halliburton and Blackwater etc. or any of their new names. And
each contractor should have to re-submit any desire for a new contract.

What is it going to take to get our government to start working for us, WE THE PEOPLE. We as a society are doomed if our government continues down this path of bowing to big business, big money, the one percenters and all their lobbiers. I myself think that lobbying should be illeagal, but that’s a whole other subject. The days of roads paved with gold are long gone and what is left I’m not really sure about anymore. We are turning into what we fought against all those many years ago to gain our independence from Britain.
Our pentagon budget has always been a blank check, and this explains the six hundred dollar hammer, the thirty five dollar screw and so on. And they have been doing this for years, decades, all on our dime. There is no accountability and I don’t think that is going to change anytime soon. The days of military contractors robbing the country has got to come to an end. The days of us being the worlds police have got to come to an end. We must still defend our country by any means possible but how many more countries do we need to invade/occupy?
If our country was a private corporation, it would have been bankrupt years/decades ago. And how is it that when Clinton took office with the biggest deficit we’ve ever had,(up to that point) he is able to turn the whole thing arround in eight years. Everybody says that was Reagan’s trickle down theory, but Reagan’s practices is what brought it all on in the first place. You can bash Clinton all you want, but he was the hardest working president we’ve ever had, bar none. He turned the whole thing around with just a few little changes, fair taxing was the biggest change. He removed the fair trade crap and taxed imports like they are supposed to be, he added another two percent tax on the wealthy, and a few other things that Reagan gave away to the rich.
That’s what I/we all thought when we elected Obama, he would come in and do what Clinton had done, clean everything up after another republican president. But what we got was not change, ( what he campaigned on heavily , change), not by any definition of the word. He might as well come out and say he’s republican. The guy doesn’t fight for anything, he just sits there and takes it, ridiculous.
I’ll ask again, what is it going to take?

Before the Pentagon gets more taxpayer money, make them account for the 2.3 trillion dollars that was conveniently reported missing by Rumsfeld, two days before 9/11. If you want proof, his lame explanation is on UTUBE. That’s our money folks. We could sure use it right now.

They are the “do nothing” Congress and should be the first ones to get laid off. Why should they get a paycheck just for sitting on their asses. No more spending.

Cut all polititiions pay starting with the president, give them the same health care & retirement as the tax payers get. Stop the pork & the excess spending, live like the rest of us do, on a budget. Get real & cut the crap!

Time to close military bases. japan and korea should be the first to go. If those countries businesses can afford to come here and steal our technology then they can defend themselves. Not one drop of American blood for these so called friends. Those military could be sent to the USA to spend and live.

Since US foreign policy is control by AIPAC, all wars are for Israel. Those wars ruin our country economically. Oure blood and money ( $ 3 trillions) sank in Iraqi dessert. Now Netanyahu wans new war with Iran. War with Iraq was based on Bush-Cheney lies. War with Iran is based on Netanyahu lies. We have enough lies. We don’t want to die for lies. Netanyahu is mentally ill, He suffer on an obssession with Iran and should be trated medically. The red line He draw in UN should be to stop apartheid in Israel.Liqudate open jail Gaza Strip. He is insane man. From military budget congress should to cut pork . Bring all ships from Persian Gulf home. Bring all our troops from Afganistan home. Stop all insane wars. Close military bases abroad. Instead cuts in Medicare, cut nonsens spending for Pentagon. Close golf courses by military bases. Army, they not need to play golf. They should play war games. AIPAC lobby intimidate politicians. When I was listen what sen. Ted Cruz from Texas said, I had a feeling that Hagel is running as defence minister of Israel. He was influenced by foreign country.

It isn’t the entitlements that benefit the lower and middle classes that are bankrupting our country – it’s the entitlements that Big Businesses like the oil industry, the healthcare industry, pharma, agrabusiness, etc that have bought congress through their lobbyists. Oh, and don’t forget the gun-manufacturing industry that forces huge money deals out of congress by forbidding them to enact laws that would decrease gun sales (and deaths of American citizens by large numbers).
